Service & Maintenance

The combination of preventive and corrective maintenance forms the foundation for the stable functioning of any mobility system. TMC has a service desk available 24/7 and well-trained, experienced service technicians. Depending on your needs, we provide second-line support or can fully take over the management and maintenance of your fleet of machines. This covers not only the Flowbird Compact S5, but also other machines in the Compact series and machines from the Strada series.

Payflux

Payflux—part of TMC—handles payment processing via parking and payment terminals for a wide range of customers. Organizations with machines from other suppliers, as well as parties outside the parking sector, can also use this service to benefit from favorable terms, clear reporting, and fully outsourced payment processing.

AI control room assistant ‘Henk’ 

TMC offers its clients the opportunity to use a unique AI control room assistant: ‘Henk’. This digital receptionist supports municipalities and managers in handling questions and reports from parkers and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ‘Henk’ speaks many languages, can assist multiple clients simultaneously, and specializes in parking in public spaces. He guides callers with questions or malfunctions, refers them to the nearest working machine if necessary, and explains rates and parking times. A pilot project is currently underway, after which Henk can be deployed at clients later this year.  

Analysis & insight

Effective parking management requires up-to-date and reliable insights. TMC supports municipalities and managers with clear analyses and reports that aid in decision-making, management, and optimization. Through our management systems and the digital client portal, the performance of your machine fleet is always transparent. 

The FWO management system forms the operational basis and records transactions, settings, and performance by machine. Through the client portal, clients have 24/7 access to reports, notifications, and documentation, tailored to their role and authorization. With the unique monitoring system ChainControl®, TMC displays the entire parking chain in real time to the client. This allows deviations in transactions, networks, or connections to be detected early. 

Periodic reports—financial, technical, and operational—provide structural management information. SLA reports make availability, malfunctions, and response times transparent, while an annual report provides insight into trends and areas for improvement. These insights form the basis for regular meetings with our contract managers, in which performance is discussed and optimizations are determined.

The parking machines from TMC are technical products. We offer various training courses, both for our products and the associated software.

We also provide refresher courses, so your employees stay up to date with any new product developments.
