TMC builds a customer portal!
20 December 2024Last year, we started a new approach to measuring customer satisfaction.
This approach not only looks back but also forward. With the feedback from our customers, it becomes easier for us to create tailored plans for the future.
Accessing and Managing Information
One of the initiatives arising from the 2020 customer satisfaction survey is the development of a customer portal. This portal will integrate various data streams, allowing customers indirect access to systems such as our ERP system, AFAS, and our service process. This results in even greater transparency, openness, higher quality, and faster service.
In addition to contacting the Servicedesk, a self-service component will also be available. This includes options such as digitally reporting issues or malfunctions and accessing statuses and reports.
Current Status
We are currently in the design phase. The MVP (Minimum Viable Product) has been defined, and the design has been presented. The next step is building the portal, with a planned go-live date in the first quarter of 2022. The goals for the initial launch are:
- Self-service options for customers, including the ability to report issues digitally while maintaining the option for personal contact.
- Insight and transparency into the status of issues such as malfunctions, ensuring customers are always up to date.
- Accessing and viewing reports for deeper insights and trend analysis.
- Requesting and reviewing documentation for easy access to important information.
Access to the customer portal will require login credentials, with only relevant roles and permissions assigned. Our account managers will identify key users for each municipality/client.
Future-Proof
The customer portal is designed to be future-proof. This means it can be expanded, and new functionalities can be added over the coming years.
