Rinus Bruinsma: A Driven Winner Retires

After an impressive career at Taxameter Centrale BV, Rinus Bruinsma is officially retiring today! Since his start, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth.

Rinus began his dynamic journey at TMC with the sale of registration terminals for semi- and fully-automated production machines (BDE). Between 1988 and 1992, he expanded his focus to evacuation systems. Alongside his team, he captured a significant market share, strengthening TMC’s position in the industry.

In 1992, Rinus was appointed Product Group Manager for Parking, where he led TMC through a crucial transition—from a product supplier to a system supplier. This shift resulted in remarkable growth in both revenue and market share, firmly establishing TMC as a leader in the parking industry.

From 1997 until today, Rinus has fulfilled his role as Commercial Director with unwavering passion. Known by colleagues as a driven winner with strategic insight and dedication, Rinus consistently focused on results and turned challenges into opportunities, making him an invaluable asset to TMC.

Not the End

Although stepping into retirement is not an easy transition for Rinus, he can look back on a career filled with achievements and highlights.

Fortunately, he will continue to contribute to TMC in his new role as Business Manager for FLUX Payment Service Provider even after his retirement.
