Groningen Chooses S5 Parking Meters

Following a European tender process, the municipality of Groningen has selected our proposal as the winning bid. This year, 350 outdated parking meters will be replaced with modern new models.

The new parking meters in Groningen are CWT S5 models, powered by 230 volts. The CWT S5 combines proven technology with innovative design, featuring a large touchscreen that enhances the user experience.

With the contract now finalized, the preparatory work has already begun. Installation on the streets will commence later this year (2024). Once installed, these meters will be a fixture in Groningen's streetscape for many years to come.
