Submit Rate Changes on Time

With the new year around the corner, we would like to remind you to submit any rate changes, shopping Sundays, or public holidays via email in a timely manner.

If you wish to implement a rate change on parking terminals for the year 2023, please take note of the following:

Deadlines for Rate Change Requests

• Requests for rate changes, shopping Sundays, and public holidays submitted before December 1, 2022, are guaranteed to be processed this year. The new rate will then take effect on January 1, 2023.
• For requests submitted after December 1, 2022, we cannot guarantee timely processing. As a result, these changes may not take effect by January 1, 2023.
• If we receive your request after December 1, you will receive a schedule from the Servicedesk for implementation in 2023.

Updated Procedure

As of last year, the procedure is as follows:

1. After receiving your new rates, the Systems department will prepare a rate configuration form.
2. This form will be sent to you for approval.
3. Once we receive your official approval, the request will be processed further.

No Changes?

If you do not expect any changes, we kindly ask you to inform us.
If rates remain the same, but you wish to add shopping Sundays or public holidays, please let us know.
