Submit rate changes on time

The new year is approaching, and we would like to remind you of the importance of timely communication (via email) regarding any rate changes, shopping Sundays, and public holidays.

If you would like to implement a rate change on the parking meters for the year 2022, please take note of the following:

Requests for rate changes, shopping Sundays, and public holidays submitted before December 1, 2021 will be guaranteed to be processed this year. The new rate can then take effect on January 1, 2022.

For requests submitted after December 1, 2021, we cannot guarantee that they will be processed in time. As a result, we cannot ensure that these changes will take effect on January 1, 2022.

If we receive your request after December 1, you will receive a schedule for implementation in 2022 from the Servicedesk.

Procedure

This year, the procedure is as follows:
After we receive your new rates, the Systems department will convert them into a "rate configuration form." This form will then be sent to you for approval. Once we receive official approval, the request will be further processed.
